In 1974, Cideco built its first Kroger in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. This "One Acre Store" was the largest Kroger in the chain. Since then, Cideco has developed over 50 centers in Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, North Carolina, Virgina, West Virgina, Michigan, Indiana and Ohio.
In addition to Kroger, Cideco has developed retail centers for such national retail tenants as Wal-mart, Food Lion, Winn Dixie, Food City, Home Depot, Lowe's, Walgreen's and many more.
