From the Market Demographics you will see that Chattanooga is basically four markets: Hamilton Place; Hixson; Cleveland and the Southern (Fort Oglethorpe, GA). Additionally you will see that the Hixson Market is slightly behind the well know Hamilton Place Market in population. The traffic counts on Highway 153 in front of our center are 27,254 ADT 2010. The average household income for the Hixson Market is $60,700. With Chattanooga’s continued growth (the new Volkswagen plant rolled off new cars this past spring; Amazon.com is opening two facilities here this next spring) that Hixson is ready for a larger retail presence to be developed.
